Fruitology creates vibrant, award winning, fruit infusions that bring a natural burst of flavour to your favourite spirits using selected blends of freeze-dried fruits.

Launched in 2020, and revitalised by owner Michelle Pratt in 2023, the brand features core flavours - Berry Blast, Blackcurrant Burst and Strawberry Cooler, plus seasonal specials, all presented in reusable glass bottles. In 2024 a range of freeze-dried fruit pots were launched to complement our infusions as garnish or as a healthy snack.

Fruitology is now stocked across the UK and has been showcased at the Good Food shows Summer & Winter.
